By virtue of the legislation in force, if you are contracting as a consumer, you will be able to withdraw from the Contract only if communicated, through the contacts provided by us in the appropriate area, within 3 hours of payment confirmation. In this case, you will receive a refund equal to the amount paid for these products, with the exclusion of ancillary costs.
It can only be made in the event of defective or incorrect products with respect to the order placed.
A) - To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, the GConte Napoli customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B) - The return shipping price is free in Italy. For orders from a country belonging to the European Union, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. For orders from a country outside the European Union, the return shipping costs and related customs duties will be charged to the customer.
The shipment is at the risk of the customer. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items will be inspected by the staff of GConte Napoli who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. GConte Napoli reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
In the event that you believe that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with what is stipulated in the Contract, you must immediately contact us, indicating the product data as well as the damage suffered. After that, we will notify you of the procedure to follow.
We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if we will proceed with the return or replacement of the product (as applicable). The return and / or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible.
The amount paid for products returned due to malformation or defect, if they really exist, will be refunded in full. The refund will be made by crediting your credit card (if the order was paid with the "Credit Card" method) or by bank transfer.
There will be no repercussions on the rights recognized by the regulations in force on the matter.
